By accessing or using the AutoVote website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
AutoVote provides automation tools for voting on private game server lists. We do not own, operate, or endorse any of the private servers or voting sites we interact with.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using our services. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
AutoVote is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, account bans on private servers, or service interruptions. You use our automation tools at your own risk.
Activations may be paid from a prepaid USD wallet or renewed monthly through Stripe, PayPal, or Xsolla. NOWPayments is available only for wallet top-ups. A monthly renewal charges the current total price of the activations you selected. Selection and price changes apply to the next provider invoice without prorating the current paid period.
Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or reversed cryptocurrency payments are deducted from the wallet. If that creates a negative balance, billing and voting are frozen until the balance is resolved.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
